Meet the Coaches

Meet Coach Feryelle & Coach Farah
We are Coach Feryelle and Coach Farah, and we’re thrilled to share our passion for soccer with the next generation through Fierce Football Academy. Having been coaches for over 10 years and players since we can walk, we learned firsthand the importance of dedication, perseverance, and passion for the game. Farah was scouted to play in England at just 13 years old, and both of us have always been driven to excel and help others do the same.

We started Fierce Football Academy because we wanted to create a space where girls feel important, empowered, and confident both on and off the field. No other academy offers a female-run, female-only environment, and we believe it’s crucial for girls to have role models they can relate to. Our mission is to teach girls the basics of soccer and support those with ambitions to play at the GSAP and professional levels.

Our Commitment to our players is unparalleled. We go to any lengths to ensure their success and development, and we live for the sport and the growth of our athletes. We believe that through soccer, girls can gain invaluable life skills and confidence, and we’re here to guide them every step of the way. Our Mascot- Alyia

Our Mascot is a lioness named Alyia.

Alyia makes an excellent mascot for the Fierce Football Academy, because like the academy itself, lionesses are symbols of strength, agility, and fierce determination. They exemplify teamwork, leadership, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, mirroring the ethos of the female-run, female-only academy. Plus, the imagery of a lioness evokes a sense of power and pride, perfectly capturing the spirit of the players as they strive for success on and off the field.

Message to the parents

At Fierce Football Academy, we understand the pivotal role both you and your daughter play in her development. That's why we're committed to keeping you updated on her progress and growth. Our academy provides a welcoming, educational, and enjoyable environment where girls can refine their soccer skills, whether they're beginners or aiming for elite levels.

Our goal is to empower your daughter to reach her full potential through our comprehensive programs, available year-round. With coaches who boast extensive experience in girls' soccer development, we ensure she receives top-notch guidance and support every step of the way

Our Code of conduct

1. Set a positive example of sportsmanship. Remember, the game is for your/or the kids’ enjoyment; avoid actions that may detract from their experience.

2. Assist in maintaining decorum among your team’s parents & one another. Kindly accept reminders from others if emotions run high.

3. Support your team and embrace both victories and losses. Offer constructive feedback to players to foster their growth.

4. Refrain from coaching during games/ training sessions. Leave coaching responsibilities to the designated coaches.

5. During competitions, engage respectfully with parents from opposing teams or avoid interactions if preferred.

6. Any physical or verbal aggression towards officials, coaches, or parents will result in immediate expulsion from the academy and a permanent ban from FFA.

7. You are welcome to approach the coaches anytime before or after training/game sessions so long as you have given them notice in advance and confirmed their availability.

8. Our Academy prides itself in fostering an environment of belonging, do your part in creating that sense of belonging for everyone.

9. Smoking or Vaping is not permissible on or near any Fierce F.A training session, competitions, games or events.

This WAIVER AND RELEASE contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements concerning the subject matter of this WAIVER AND RELEASE. The provisions of this WAIVER AND RELEASE may only be waived, altered, amended, or repealed, in whole or in part, with the prior written consent of all parties.

I acknowledge that Fierce Football Academy does not offer player accident insurance cover to any participant; players, parents, and coaches choose to participate at their own risk and will be liable for any costs arising from injuries suffered during participation.I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of any event or training session as stated above, and that it will govern my/my child’s actions and responsibilities at said activity or event.
In consideration of my/my child’s application and permitting me/my child to participate in this training session/ event, I hereby take action for myself, my child, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, on behalf of myself and my child, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Fierce Football Academy Pty. Ltd., and its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, assigns, coaches, teachers, and trustees from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities of every kind or nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my/my child’s participation in any of the events or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, Fierce Football Academy Pty. Ltd., provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful or wanton misconduct.

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING OR ATTENDING THIS ACTIVITY, TRAINING OR EVENT on behalf of myself and/or my child, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by the organisation, or because of their possible liability without fault. I certify that I am/my child is physically fit, have completed the medical questions truthfully, and/or have not been advised against participation by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my/my child’s participation in this activity, training or event.


I acknowledge, agree, and represent, on behalf of myself and my child, that I understand the nature of the event. I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE further participation for myself and/or my child.


I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE, on behalf of myself and/or my child, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my/my child’s death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my child including traveling to and from this event.


I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND WILL NOT SUE the entity and/or persons organising this event and waive them from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or event, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. This includes participation in any hazardous activities. I indemnify Fierce Football Academy Pty. Ltd. against any damage suffered by myself, my child/children, and next of kin.
I understand that the activities in which myself and/or my child will participate are inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property, and/or death. On behalf of myself, my child, my heirs, assigns, administrators, executors, and next of kin, I waive all claims of damage, injuries, and death sustained to me or my property or my child and my child’s property, that I may have against the aforementioned released party due to such activities, including claims in tort, contract, equity, or otherwise.


I acknowledge that this activity, training or event may test a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present for volunteers. I hereby consent, on behalf of myself and/or my child, to receive medical treatment, including calling an ambulance which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity or event. Fierce Football Academy Pty. Ltd., or its First Aid Provider, is not liable for the cost of the ambulance or medical treatment should an injury/illness occur.
By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death, damage, or loss of personal property, on behalf of myself and/or my child associated with Fierce Football Academy Pty. Ltd., including but not limited to recreational football activities.
I understand that at this event or related activities, I/my child may be photographed. I agree to allow my/my child’s photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organisers, and assigns.


The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
The provisions of this WAIVER AND RELEASE will continue in full force and effect even after the termination of the activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of Fierce Football Academy Pty. Ltd., whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise.
I have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this WAIVER AND RELEASE on behalf of myself and/or my child. I understand and confirm that by signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE, I have given up considerable future legal rights.


I certify that I have signed this agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise, or guarantee being communicated to me. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law on behalf of myself and/or my child.
